A human reviews everything.
Nothing goes out — no email, post, proposal, or decision — without a person, usually Anita, checking it first.
We tell you when it's AI.
If you're talking to an AI assistant, hearing an AI-generated voice, or looking at AI-generated content, we say so.
We ask before we record.
When an AI assistant joins a call to take notes, it joins in plain sight, and we ask first.
Our AI tools don't act on their own.
The AI that helps run our business drafts and prepares — it never sends, posts, pays, or signs anything without a human saying yes.
We protect your information.
